The lodge has a lounge / dining area and fully fitted kitchen. This has a panoramic view across the river from the large terrace. The lodge is fully heated throughout and has television and DVD player.

Holly Tree has two bedrooms: one a double – one a twin.

Bathroom has a shower, wash basin and wc. There is an electric immersion heater for hot water. All power is included in the tariff.

All bed linen and towels are supplied.

There is ample parking for several vehicles, plus an outside building with a fridge for storing bait and equipment.

Patio furniture is also available.

Dogs are welcome for a small additional charge.
