Kingfisher Lodge
Kingfisher Lodge Ship Inn Lane off Station Road, Highley, nr Bridgnorth, Shropshire. 1 twin, 1 double, parking two cars, bath/shower room, child friendly, dog friendly, lockable shed, bait fridge, bi fold doors, Friday change over, towels and bed linen included, kitchen/dinner, pub nearby, dish washer.
Ship Cottage
Ship cottage has been refurbished sympathetically and to the highest standard. Oak beams and log burners add to the cosy feel but still with the practicality of a large well stocked kitchen.
Sitting just below the steam railway and station, you can enjoy the trains rolling passed in all their steam and whistle glory.
With elevated decking you are spoilt for choice with views of trains and the Severn valley.
Ship cottage has its own long private drive and large car park
The Jolly Roger
Four people will feel perfectly at home in the Jolly Roger with the valley just out side the door and the comfort just inside. The cottage is ready receive the most hardy of out door folk with its facilities and cosy spacious cottage interior. Perfect for the country retreat.
Hazeldene Lodge
Sitting high on the bank Hazeldene enjoys the most tremendous views of the river and valley. Railway enthusiasts will be in their element as the trains give you every site, sound and smell you could wish for. All enjoyed from either the decking or the patio.
Holly Tree Lodge
Rising up on the bank you get superb views of the valley, its river and its wild life. Holly Tree has the train track behind giving excellent sites of the trains going by.
The Old Trout
Looking down to the river and across the valley the Old Trout has wonderful views and all from the patio. Old oak beams and the large log burner along with its piece and quiet, enhance the feeling of being in the country.

Welcome to River steam self catering Holidays
Offering beautiful and comfortable holiday cottages sleeping 2-8 people. Weekly short breaks from 3 nights minimum available. They are all equipped with TV and DVD players and internet access. Bed linen and towels are included as well as gas and electric. The properties are situated just below the village of Highley nestled in the Severn Valley, between the River Severn and the Severn Valley Steam Railway (30 yards from both). They all have beautiful clear views over the river and the valley - perfect for people who want to get away from it all for some peace and quiet. With no main roads or industry anywhere nearby. River walks connect to a network of footpaths. The walks can lead you deep into nowhere, or to one of several villages and museums around the area, and of course to the 17th Century Ship Inn which is in between the cottages and lodges.
Offering a quarter mile fishing beat with pegs right in front of the properties with steps down to the river.
Every property has a bait fridge and lockable sheds to put rods and equipment in.
All of our properties are non-smoking.
All properties are Family and Dog friendly.
