A self catering property situated in the village of Highley and nestled in the beautiful Severn valley. The Jolly Roger is sandwiched comfortably between the Highley Severn valley steam railway station and the river Severn (50 yards from both). Because you are right on the river you are right on the river walks, these will take you deep into no where or to one of several villages and museums around the area.

The cottage has a double and a twin room, with a bathroom upstairs and a wet room down stairs. You have a large and spacious kitchen which is complimented by the also large lounge and dinning area. If you should you have additional guests drop in there is a sofa bed to accommodate them to.

The Jolly Roger is strictly non smoking.

Fishing is included with the cottage, the beat extends over a quarter mile of the river. Your nearest peg is situated 25 yards from the cottage.
The Jolly Roger is adjacent to the 17th century Ship Inn. This charming riverside pub that over looks one of the rivers many slow sweeping bends is a free house. You can enjoy restaurant meals and service, the carvery, bar meals, guest ales, afternoon teas and home baked cakes.

There is ample parking for three cars at the Jolly Roger and outside storage for fishing equipment and out door gear.

If you fancy the indoors as well as the outdoors then the village of Highley has a recently opened sports centre with many facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, badminton and tennis courts and a football field.
